 How do I return an item?

Every item must be in the condition you bought the item in. If the item came to you damaged or not working, then there are various ways this can be handled. These can be found on the Returns Policy page. You can ring the store on 01254 814238 for more information.

How do I return a product under warranty?

Warranty claims require a warranty form being filled out, including proof of purchase, serial numbers and photos of the item. Alternatively, you can ring 01254 814238 and Luke will try and do what he can to help. 

How do I check my order status and parcel tracking?

When your parcel is sent, you should receive a text with details regarding your delivery. If you do not, or wish to look into it further, you can look at your order on our website and use the tracking details there. If you are still struggling, you can ring the store on 01254 814238 and we can try and help you track your delivery. 

What Bike is best for me?

With thousands of bikes to choose from, it's easy to got lost in comparing the various specifications, sizing differences and technical data.

What size bike should I get?

The size of bike you get depends on the brand of bike, your height and your inner leg length. You can use our Size Guide for these. You can also call our team on 01254 814238 and they can talk you through size and bike options.

When will my item arrive?

We ship both nationally and internationally.
Delivery in the UK usually take 2-5 days to be delivered.
Delivery outside of the UK will vary from country to country.

Can I get my bike serviced?

We have fully trained mechanics that can offer a full range of repair work and services.
