Price Match: Terms & Conditions
- The product must be identical (including size & colour).
- The product must be in stock for immediate dispatch on the competitor site. Any discrepancies in delivery charges will be taken into consideration.
- The product must be available from a UK authorised retailer selling genuine products.
- The payment terms must be identical. Any finance or use of Cycle to Work vouchers required will be taken into consideration.
- The competitor's price should be clearly displayed on their website and cannot be combined with any other offers.
- Our price match policy is only valid in advance of purchasing a product from MTB Monster.
- All price match transactions are subject to the discretion of MTB Monster and checked for eligibility. We reserve the right to decline, modify, or withdraw our price match policy at any time.
We will always aim to price match, however, in some cases this is simply not possible. If this is the case we will endeavour to get as close to the price our competitor is offering as we can.
