How do I return a product under warranty?
Warranty claims require a warranty form being filled out, including proof of purchase, serial numbers and photos of the item. Alternatively, you can ring 01254 814238 and Luke will try and do what he can to help.
How do I check my order status and parcel tracking?
When your parcel is sent, you should receive a text with details regarding your delivery. If you do not, or wish to look into it further, you can look at your order on our website and use the tracking details there.
